Multi-Pollutant Ceramic Filter Solutions

With many projects requiring some of the highest levels of pollutant reduction achievable, Ceramic Filter Technologies are the preferred technical solution for many industries across the world. As one of the fastest growing technologies, the Ceramic Filter systems can achieve multi-pollutant reduction within one core system, minimizing equipment interfaces & temperature differentials, reduced footprint, and lower lifetime costs that alternative piecemeal solutions. Our team, built on over a decade’s worth of experience in this technology in a variety of industrial applications throughout North America, are experts in designing and delivering these systems, with the technology seen as Best Available Control Technology (BACT) for many industries and states throughout North America.

Benefits

technology with over 200,000 filter elements installed which are treating a total flow rate in excess of 500,000 acfm
proven globally across a wide range of major industries, renewable and energy production
requiring the use of no water, and producing a non-hazardous dry waste
within an all-in-one dry system that can simultaneously reduce PM, NOx, SOx, HCl, VOC, HAP, HF, Hg and much more, to levels 95%+.
your facility that reduces the impact on site, while allowing ease of capacity and pollutant increases to meet future needs
reducing your system’s compressed air, power, and consumable usage through optimized control logic
ensuring that the existing baghouse or ESP’s structured can be used for multi-pollutant reduction, minimizing cost with no additional real estate required.

ESP/Baghouse Retrofit to
Ceramic Filter System

The Industrial Ceramic Filter System is the ultimate filtration system for removing particulate matter (PM) in syngas and fuel gs treatment systems with temperatures up to 1,600oF. With low maintennance costs and ease of operation, ceramic filters can provide >99% reduction for your industrial process.
The Catalytic Filter System is the most extensive and advanced proven multi-pollutant solution available within the market today. Through its modular all-in-one design, the system can simultaneously reduce PM >99%, together with NOx, Acid Gases, VOC’s, Dioxins & Furans and many more to levels >95%. Suitable across a wide range of industries for simutaneous multi-pollutant reduction.
By utilizing your existing baghouse or electrostatic precipitator (ESP/EP), we uniquely retrofit your system to incorporate ceramic filters at the heart. With improved particulate matter (PM) removal, together with the removal of additional pollutants such as NOx and SOx, we can minimize costs and footprint requirements by utilizing what you have today.

Traditional Air Pollution Control Technologies

Our partnership with industry leading technology organizations enables us to provide cutting edge technologies. Our technology agnostic approach enables us to deliver these technologies not only with the performance and reliability you expect from a leading equipment OEM, but with the full capability that E-CaaS brings to ensure the systems are delivered in a solution that best meets your overall strategic and compliance needs,

Cost-effective bag filtration for flow rates from 10,000 to 3,000,000 m3 (353,000 to 105,000,000 ft3) and for dust loads of 1g to 1kg)

capable of removing more fine and ultra-fine particulates than any others on the market.
With experience installing systems over 25 years ago that still achieve the strictest emission requirements today
leading to innovations such as our SPS and Bi-Jet Bag Cleaning System, ensuring unequalled performance.
ensuring 100% casing tightness, meaning no dust leakages.
reducing your system’s compressed air usage by up to 40%, lowering energy costs.
with Bag Filters which can withstand temperatures of up to 1000ºC (1832ºF).

We customize each one of our Electrostatic Precipitators to suit your specific process parameters and needs. Our “Electrode – Suspension – Rapping” technology optimizes the energy applied to remove dust ensuring both the highest reliability and efficiency in dust collecting

Many of the ESPs we designed and installed 25 years ago are still working effectively and efficiently today.

Redecam’s Rigid Emission Electrodes (RREE) system has an innovative design that ensures peak performance and low maintenance.
Improved efficiency. Our unique profile design for our collecting plates improves efficiency as it reduces dust-entrapment during the rapping phase.

Our unique profile design for our collecting plates improves efficiency as it reduces dust-entrapment during the rapping phase.

We take particular care in designing and manufacturing the baffles to avoid dust re-entrainment during rapping.

Our electrodes are aligned at the bottom, not at the top, allowing thermal expansion and flexibility during all operating conditions

Even when used in the worst conditions, our cyclones offer higher efficiency than other such devices.

Our cyclones offer particulate removal at a lower cost than other air filtration solutions.

We offer sizes ranging from 500 mm to 5 m (1’ 7” to 16’ 5”) in diameter.

Our cyclones are designed to last a long time and built to resist abrasion and corrosion.

Unlike many air filtration devices, our cyclones do not contain any moving or replaceable parts.

Even as an addition to existing systems.

Our Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology provides the most effective way of reducing nitric oxide and/or nitrogen dioxide (NOX) in raw gas emissions, which contribute to acid rain and photochemical oxidation in the atmosphere as well as respiratory diseases.

As a singular APC technology, our SCR systems can achieve 95% NOx  reduction.

Our long-time experience in CFD modeling ensures field results reproduce theoretical CFD analyses.

Our systems do not corrode as operations occur above dew-point.

Our engineers carefully study the reactions to provide low reagent consumption while selecting the appropriate catalyst to offer a low regeneration cycle.

We can install and commission quickly, with little or no downtime.

While wet scrubbing/desulfurization have traditionally dominated the market, the advantages and increased performance of Dry Desulfurization technologies are encouraging more clients to lead towards dry systems. Our RDS technology is the most advanced dry system for removal of SO2 (sulfur dioxide), SO3 (sulfur trioxide), HCl (hydrochloric acid) and HF (hydrogen fluoride)

Proven to deliver high levels of acid gas performance in power, waste, incineration, and biomass plants.

The RDA system is proven to deliver enhanced performance and lower OPEX as by-product recirculation reduces the amount of reagent needed and improves abatement efficiency.

Needing only a conservative approach to saturation temperature.

Fly ash is removed with an air filtration system after sorbent is injected and SOX, HCl and HF are removed.

The RDS works well in systems with low achievable residence time, with treatment time as low as one to three (1-3) seconds.

One of the most cost-effective proven methods for acid gas, mercury and heavy metal removal, Dry Sorbent Injection (DSI) and Activated Carbon Injection (ACI) is the process by which dry sorbents, namely alkaline sorbents for DSI (hydrated lime, sodium bicarbonate & trona), and activated carbon for ACI systems, are injected into the flue gas stream to remove key pollutants.

Whether designing for lowest CapEx or highest performance, our proven systems provide our clients the balance that best suits their needs.

DSI and ACI systems are proven to deliver >90% removal when combined with our range of particulate matter removal technologies.

We consider not only CapEx cost, but provide options that optimize injection needs, with storage and deliveries.

Suitable for both new and retrofit systems, and optimized based on available residence time available.
